Working off all those calories you ate on Thanksgiving

OK, so you gobbled down lots of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie today.

If you feel like you’re about to explode, it’s probably a good idea to sit down and rest, maybe even take a nap. But once you’re rested, don’t keep sitting around.

Even if you’re in a hotel or traveling, there’s no excuses to be lazy.

Here’s a video that gives some pretty simple workout tips that anyone can do anywhere. When you get moving, it will give you that extra boost of energy you’ll need if you’re going out shopping on Black Friday or traveling back home.
